Shipping Methods & Rates
Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 days of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. For sure, please note that the lead time might be extended accordingly and we will double negotiate with you if you just placed one batch order which will take us more time to get them all prepared.
If you do not receive an order shipping notification and it has been more than several days, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
In order to better VERIFY, AUTHORIZE and PROCESS your order, please make sure that all shipping information including full name, cellphone, detailed address, postal code if needed are all correct and conformed to PayPal before checking out and processing the payment.
We will ship out the parcels via Standard International Shipping and Expedited International Shipping to Worldwide.
- Standard International Shipping: ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, Singapore Post, Special Lines, UBI, ARAMEX etc.
- Expedited International Shipping: DHL, FedEX, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.
If you have not received your parcel(s) within 30 days from payment, please contact us timely. We will track it accordingly and get back to you ASAP.
Buyers should be responsible for all taxes or VAT. Any problem caused by Custom Clearance in your local country, we won't be responsible for that.
If there is any problem with the item, please contact our customer service first so that we can help you solve any problem you're facing. If it's truly not working or something else, we can negotiate with each other for returning the item.
Requirements for a Return
- Return items must be in new condition.
- Return items must include all original packing and contents including accessories.

How will JTOKEN resolve my return?
Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.
Print the authorized return and include it in your return packaging. Please send your return items and return authorization form to the address provided within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase date.
I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?
When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your store credit for the return.
